Electric bicycles for hunting?

This bicycle has tires on it almost as big as the motorcycle I was doing off road riding on this past weekend, a Yamaha XT225.

Wonder if they make knobbies for it?

There is an electric motorcycle, Zero, that would definitely haul a deer out. https://www.zeromotorcycles.com/zero-fx/

My friend owns a motorcycle shop and sells the pedal-powered versions of these bikes. He and his sons float right across loose beach sand like it's a firm gravel road. These are truly All-Terrain bikes.

Some of these things I've read about are HEAVY, like 200 lbs heavy. But, some are quite light. Light is right. I'd certainly want something well under 100 lbs. One application I can see for it is use on Matagorda Island. The state of Texas owns it, considered a state park, but they have open duck hunting out there and during dove season, one can hunt there. You can take (or used to could, anyway) a ferry over there or just go over in your boat. You have to cross about 3 miles of Espiritu Santos bay. Once there, you can use a bicycle or even a small motorcycle to get around. I think an electric bike would be the way to go for THAT. :D And, ain't a problem carrying your kill out if you're dove hunting. :D The terrain is sandy out there, of course, it being a barrier island.

NON-motorized bicycles are not even legal in wilderness areas.

But if the electric vehicle is an ADA compliant (https://www.ada.gov/opdmd.htm) it can be used. In fact, I regularly use this.

The only place I can't use it would be an industrial area that for safety reasons does not allow the use of non-intrinsically safe devices. And that's currently under review.
