Thanks for the "bump". I'm working on creating either a Wyoming Territory or Texas Rangers commemorative from a 1860 Sherriff Model that is currently undergoing defarb and engraving as I get a "round tuit". It won't be a display model but this will add a little to the mystique of the fantasy gun.

If you are looking for tins, Blockade Runner is alive and well and still serving the reenacting community.

They show some new embossed tins now but the old smooth top tins for the labels (@ $0.95 sm. & $1.95 lg.) are about one third of the way down this page:
