Has anyone gotten a refund check yet? And if so how long did it take?

You sort of answer you own question. For many people the sight works as expected...that should justify the ratings. Retailers should be discounting the sights to get them out of their inventory. L3 isn't buying them back from retailers...only from retail customers.Also curious to me is why, after the lawsuit with the government over defective design/function and this no-questions-asked return program, are these sights still being sold at retailers like Cabelas with 4 and 5-star ratings. Has the product been corrected? I know that my EoTech, while not heavily used, has performed perfectly and I like it.
