equivalent to White Oak upper

Hi; I'm beginning to modify my S&W M&P15 and thanks to you all for the advice. I'm receiving my Geissele SSA-E trigger today.

It was suggested I get a White Oak target match or varmint upper but I've contacted them and they won't even take orders for 6 months.

Can anyone recommend something comparable to a White Oak complete upper? I'm looking for 18 to 20 inches and target match or varmint grade.

Check out High Caliber Sales. I have a HCS upper that shoots just as good as a White Oak Barreled upper (both are 18").

Compass Lake, for one. JP for another.
RRA is not quite in the same league, but have a good accuracy reputation.
JSE shows 1 18" in stock - Wilson barrel, which John uses mostly, but he turns and chambers his own.

JP would be my choice. If not find a good Gunsmith, and have them build one. My buddy(also my gunsmith) builds a mean AR. He has won many competitions with his. Just find someone that knows exactly what they are doing. The JP is the cheaper way and will produce almost as good of results...
