Pray tell, why not? Does he have to be an expert to sell something? As mentioned numerous times, he MAY NOT know a lot about the gun. He did not misrepresent anything. 1 - The photo showed the sight was missing. 2 - He acknowledged it was missing in the email. Where is the misrepresentation?
