Excellent Ruger Customer Service

I have heard that Ruger has excellent customer service. Now, I know firsthand.

One of the prongs on the recoil spring assembly snapped off on my new 22/45 after I just finished cleaning it for the first time. If I had to bet money, it broke because the monkey re-assembling it didn't know what he was doing :)( ).

I called Ruger fully expecting to have to order the part, but the nice lady just asked for my name and address and said that the part should arrive within a week. Wow. It's a small part on a relatively inexpensive plinker. Still, I'm impressed with their service. Thumbs up, Ruger. :)
 
I've had similar service from Ruger.
Where most companies would have made ten bucks off of you, they did the right thing.
Stuff like that makes me a return customer.
 
Ruger's reputation for service is what has lead me to buying three of their guns!...and counting.

PS- Ruger's price, performance and durability also lead me to the purchases. ;)
 
I sent a pistol I've had for 20 years to them for some work and got it back in 2 or 3 weeks, postage paid, fixed, and no charge.
Left a good impression on me.
