Fastest Draw, Bob Munden

No, the cop was holding a cocked gun on Bill, and Bill initiated the draw whenever he felt like it I guess.

And as I said, he did it time after time, and broke a very small target, before the Cop could snap the hammer. Several people tried it, and it was the same results every time.

Bill could draw his Model 10 from a Jordon style duty-belt, and shoot an Alka-Seltzer tablet several feet away with a wax bullet.

How does that work? Wouldn't it turn into a blob of molten goo before it exits the barrel?

Before the cop could pull the trigger.

My father, Chief of the little city I grew up in, could draw and fire before you pull the trigger of a cocked revolver. (He was not shooting a small target, aiming for the torso of a target)

There was one problem, even after being "shot" you still pulled the trigger.

Father always figured that if such occured for real, he too would be perforated.

I wonder about in a real shooting match against targets, like plates or bowling pins how he would fare if matched against Jerry Miculek who has many championships using a revolver?

For sure it would be an interesting shoot out.

No, it works just fine.

There is no powder used, and only the primer propels the wax bullet to the target.

BTW: Jordan reloaded them in his motel rooms at night, and carried them to his public appearances in Thermos Bottles to keep them from melting in the old non-A/C cars he drove back then.
