Favorite Chronograph? Why?

Can you expand on this? Can they not “catch” them or just lose them going down range?
I also have difficulties getting the LabRadar to trigger with subsonic 22LR.
I only shoot subsonic ammo in 22LR so I can't say if it will work with HV ammo.
I haven't bothered trying 22LR with the recoil activated trigger to see if it helps.
I have a Chrony Gamma Master which I use for 22LR.

I think you manually turn on the radar. I know I’ve measured velocities of my .22 air rifle with it which is definitely subsonic.

Happy with my Competition Electronics chrono, not a Lab Radar for sure but not Lab Radar $$$ either.
Mine hasn't died from lead poisoning (yet) CE claims they will repair/replace it for 1/2 price if it does.

A bit of a side note on Shooting Chrony Master models. The ones with remote readouts.

I shot mine through the top and right side. Sensors and clear screens survived. I rebuilt the housings with an epoxy compound. But I would get an error on each shot. So I thought I had to much light coming through to the sensors, I made new housings.

And I still got errors with each shot. I tested the six-wire cable and found 2 of the wires not making complete contact. There was no visual damage to the cable. Bought a new cable and the Chrony works like a charm.
