megatronrules,
The FEG PJK-9HP is the HP clone, and is a real bargain, but watch out for the matt black models they released with the same part number, but different lockup.
To my knowledge, all the high gloss blue guns with that part number are HP compatible.
If in doubt, have the owner pull the slide and check the barrel foot. The HP clone has a single slot in the foot, while the non-compatible has an ear on both sides of the foot, which engage slots in the frame.
There is an oval headed cross pin through the frame of the HP clone, that can usually be seen on the right side of the gun, but sometime blends so well with the polished finish that it can't be seen.
I have the non-compatible model, and it shoot fine, but when the frame slots wear, there is nothing to replace but the frame.
Mine does not seem to be quite as accurate as the HP clones I've shot, but that could be the poor sights on mine. The front sight looks like it was beat into shape with a ball peen hammer.
