After watching the "Live PD Camera" series last night I was appalled at the number of Felons commiting crimes with guns.
Apparently the laws do not carry a heavy enough penalty to deter known felons to stop. I always figured the loss of the death penalty would have no effect on the crime rate, but now I wonder where we are going.
Law enforcement has been disabled/encumbered by the laws? That's what I'm thinking.
Law abiding citizens are now to blame for the crime wave, because we carry gunjs? Go figure.

Note: The Legal Forum is for the discussion of the law as it is and how the law actually applies in RKBA matters, not the way we think things should be or the way we wish they were. Comments and opinions should be based on legal principles and supported where appropriate with reference to legal authority, including court decisions, statutes and scholarly articles. Comments based on wishful thinking may be openly refuted or simply deleted by the staff.

I'm sorry but this general complaint isn't really the purpose of the Legal forum, so closed.
