If I have two guns that ship to my FFL at different times but I pick them both up at the same time, is that still considered one transfer? Thanks!

Both will be on the same 4473 if you pick them up a the same time. Doesnt matter when he got them.,

However, some licensees can/will charge you their transfer fee per gun. FYI

Also, if both are handguns, you might or might not get all wigged out over the idea that the dealer will have to file ATF Form 3310.4, but there's really no way to avoid it if these guns are already inbound.

The OP could take possession of one handgun, then wait a period of time before taking the other. Just a thought if the filing of 3310.4 is an issue, but it really shouldn't be.

Don't forget state law. States that require registration or a permit to buy often require that each gun be a separate transaction with all that entails.

RunninLate Yes if the guns are picked up within a week the FFL will have to file the Multi-sale form.
Not a week.........five business days.
And "business days" means days when the dealer is open for business. If the dealer is only open weekends then it would include handguns acquired over a fifteen day period.
