FFL Transfer Question

I know if you are under 21 you cannot buy a handgun from an FFL dealer. What if you buy a gun from a private person out of state and have it transfered to your FFL, is that legal?

Ask your FFL. However (IANAL), I think he'll say no deal. If you can't buy from him in the first place, you can't have him transfer it to you.

A FFL cannot transfer a handgun to a person under 21 regardless of who pays for it or who actually owns it.
