Missouri finally passed the concealed carry law and I am looking for a new pistol. Hey any excuse right?
I already have a Kimber CDP II that will be my main carry gun but I also want something a little smaller.
I am looking at either the Kel-tec P-11 or a Kahr MP9.
I think that the Kahr would be a better gun but the Kel-Tec is about half the price. I don't think that I would carry this gun much. So is the Kahr twice the gun that the Kel-Tec is?

Go w/ the Kahr. Don't base your carry gun decision on money but rather which gun will serve you better & make you more comfortable carrying?

When we got the "Shall Issue" here in Michigan, I had a full size S&W .45 which I intended to carry. It proved to be too large for me to conceal during the hot summer months so I bought a Kahr MK9 Elite. I thought I would go back to the .45 come wintertime. That didn't happen. The Kahr goes everywhere with me, all the time: the .45 stays home.

NEVER, if you can, LET PRICE DICTATE WHICH GUN OR OTHER CCW EQUIPMENT YOU GET...........ITS YOUR LIFE! HOW MUCH IS IT WORTH?

That sounds harsh...but its true. Quality= reliability, accuracy and comfort when getting a gun. The same holds true for holsters, gun belts, mags, ammo and training..............................

Shoot well.

Thanks for all the advice. I went out today and bought the Kahr MP9 with night sights and the blackened stainless slide with Tungsten.
Started to waiver a bit between the 9mm and the 40 S&W but I thought that the gun might be a little more fun to shoot in 9mm. I think that this will make a nice back up to my Kimber Compact CDP.

Now, who makes a good pocket holster? :)
