Finally got my CHP!!

I got the call on Monday from the sheriff to pick up my CHP. Been waiting on it since March. Proud to say that I have yet to go to Wal-Mart. (Seems I already have all the ammo I need right now, and why else would I go.) That same day I sold my CETME to a co-worker, and got my EMT recertification. 3 thigs off my mind. Now I just need to get a decient IWB and finish building my FAL. Then my ULTIMATE weapons collection will be complete!!!

Well, except for that USP I've been looking at... and that CZ-97, and the Sig, and the AK, and ... well, you see where this is going.

In North Carolina CHP= Concealed Handgun Permit

Although I do remember some very cute CHP officers from CHiPs. They always seemed to drive the crusiers, have long bouncy hair, tighter uniforms, and come in pairs. I wouldn't mind being pulled over by them. "Why yes, Officer Hottie, you do have permission to search me. If I run, will ya'll handcuff me too?"

Did any of you get one in Durham county, by the way? Any hassles?
I'll be applying later this summer or in the fall.
