Ive been around for a bit and if you read any of my threads you probably noticed ive been looking at getting my first gun. While as it turns out sometimes talking to the right people helps. This gun was given to me as long as i take pictures after i kill something with it:
The gun is a Mossberg 500 in 12-gauge and is almost new, there is some powder in the shot barrel and almost none in the slug barrel. It came with a 28" Shot and im guessing 26" Slug barrel that are both ported. It also came with the original scope that has never been mounted. I got all 3 choke tubes which is nice.
I'm guessing the previous owner purchased the gun and test fired it when they got it, since then its been on the shelf. I say this because of the limited wear (the action is still hard like a brand new one) and also because the NRA membership ad that came in the box advertises and election year membership which would place the purchase in 2008 or maybe even late 2007.
