I was actually correct. Have you ever paid attention to the documentation that comes with a Saiga? They give you a sheet telling you how accurate they tested your particular rifle to. People have gotten certifications with equivalents exceeding 3" spread of impact (these are called Vodka specials, by the way). Saiga .308's average 1.5" to 2". A good PSL can potentially give you up to .75". Most will give 1" to 1.5". You're still operating at a level better than that of a Saiga. They're held to different standards. The PSL is also a lighter weight rifle, and is loaded to the brim with features like a muzzle brake and a recoil-dampening stock. It all depends on what you're willing to settle for and pay for. A bone stock Saiga .308 is going to be cheaper, yes, but it's never going to be a PSL. And no matter what you do to it, it's always going to be heavier, probably less accurate, kick harder, and have more expensive ammo.
