Finding a place to shoot around Spokane Valley, WA

Anybody know of any public lands or some similar outdoor place for some informal pistol shooting in the Spokane Valley, WA area? There are several ranges/clubs, but I'm looking for something where I'd have a chance to set up some targets and practice a bit of drawing/moving while shooting. Few ranges are really conducive to that.

Any tips or ideas are welcome and appreciated!

I know one place you might like, but it will be a slight drive, and I know how you valley people hate to drive

And no I won't tell on a public forum as we don't want every person in a 100 mile radius coming and trashing the place and getting it shut down, like what happed at Jergens.
