Finishing an 80% AK Receiver

So, I'm looking to finish an 80% receiver. I am looking for some where that shows the steps involved in finishing one. I have found tons of videos and pictures of people bending them, but haven't found some where that describes the steps. Such as how far apart the bends need to be, and exactly where the rails for the carrier need to be welded.
