I'm new here and was hoping someone might be able to help me out.
I recently got a Vector stamped receiver Black Poly AK brand new and noticed that the front sight was canted a little. I took it to the range and got a good look at the rifle and noticed that not only is the front sight canted, so is the gas block. You can tell that the top hand guard does not line up with the rear of the rifle and is twisted to the left a little. I had to aim off the target stand just to hit the target.
Does this fall into a warranty issues? This is my first AK and Vector, from what I was told, was a good AK to buy but I wasn't' sure if a lot of AK's have this issue or I got a bad one. It's no fun to shoot the way it is and the canted sight bugs the hell out of me.
Any opinions on this and how to fix it.
