First bullet mold

The best thing I did to make casting easy is get a cheap hot plate to warm up your mold before you start casting.

I just lay my mold on top of the melting furnace.
Give it about 1/2 hour & she's all ready to produce lovely bullets.
Everywhere from 90 gr (.32 S&W) up to 255 gr (.45 Colt)

Tried that with inconsistent results. A hot plate was cheap and made a difference. Aluminum molds and small cavities especially demand a hot plate.
