I made time early today to evaluate some of my 9mm loads and shot my first cloverleaf since I started reloading. The gun I used was a SIG SP2022 with standard sites at 10yards from a rest. My eyes are not that good, so this was a first for me. It would have been nice to shoot a 5 leaf clover, but 4 leafs and a .63" grouping is good enough for me.

It is obviously not perfect since the POA is in the pink rectangle, and the POI was a bit high and to the right. It could just be that my aim was off today, or the POI was high due to not enough pressure. In any case, I am happy with the outcome.

Soo Vaalpens, are you liking the LS powder? Looks like you're shooting well with it!

Ex, thanks.

Yes I like Longshot in 9mm, 40S&W and 357sig. I am also starting to like Power Pistol. So it looks like the powders that I will probably buy bulk at some time will be Unique, Longshot and Power Pistol.

Nice group.
How are you likeing "Loudshot"?

Dudedog, thanks!

I did not enjoy shooting 9mm that much anymore, but since I started loading with Longshot and Power Pistol, I much more enjoy shooting it.

For .357 I would like to introduce you to W296. Kicks the pants off of LSO for the particular round. We'll talk...

Power Pistol has been my go to for jacketed .357 loads for a long time. I had been using Unique for cast and plated rounds. BE-86 may change that. I have loaded and shot most of 1500 MBC coated Zingers in the past couple of weeks with great results from BE -86.

Don't sweat it, I heard that the 'four leaf clovers' were the lucky ones.
