FN 30-06 Ctgs

I have 250 rds. of 30-06 head stamped { FN 58 } anyone know if its corrosive?
It seems that this stuff was made in 1958 it should be ok . I would like to know for sure, its black tipped and the can is marked { AP tracers}. So its AP and a tracer round.

FN Military .30/06, especially specific military application ammunition, will always be corrosive.
Chlorate primers were used on most foriegn ammunition until well into the 1990s maily because they last much much longer and remain surefire for years longer than non-corrosive primers.

As for the fifty year old tracer compound, it may or may not trace after fifty years.
Don't expect match grade accuracy out of the stuff and clean the weapon.HTH
