For CCW- Taurus 24/7 compact or Bersa Thunder 9 Ultra compact?

Hi, I'm looking to get a compact 9mm for CCW. I want something with a manual safety, under $400, reliable and light (polymer or steel) with low recoil if possible. I already have a S&W M&P 9mm compact so I'm looking for something with a safety so no Glock 26, XD9 subcompact or Kahr. I've been looking at Bersa Thunder 9 ultra compact (aka Firestorm Mini 9), Taurus PT111 Millennium or 24/7 pro compact. Any other ideas between the two, or other suggestions? Thanks for any input.
