Subject: a shooter from Australia

Hello
My name is Kingsley Foreman I thought you might like to see how shooters are treated by our Australian Government and the Media.
I was put on trial for murder for shooting a armed robber, I have a web site about it you should find it interesting thankyou.
www.inselfdefense.net

Firstly it goes to show that the humble .25 is not entirely without damage potential ... if tho a slow result.

Second ........ how on earth can this case be other than self-defence? Quite incredible.

I read thru to page 9 but got attention span problems . enough tho to see that this guy has been pretty well ''stitched up'' by the media and DPP,.

First time I have used a site where every damn page of text is a GIF image! No-one heard of text into html? Oh well ..... I sympathize anyways ..... Oz is about as screwed up as UK.,

Quite incredible indeed. I read the complete ordeal.
Self defence, clearly. Did note how some recordings were lost, and persons asked to change story...to taint Mr. Foreman's truth of the encounter. Interesting to wit, decided againt the use of his sporting club members character reference and radio interviews in regard to firearms...his credibility validated, can't have that, must find negative...yes negative...

Odius as armed robbers are, we cannot have the man in the street taking up arms against robbers.

That's right! You stand there AND LET HIM SHOOT YOU! AND YOU TAKE IT LIKE A MAN! DUCT TAPE THAT ???? UP AND DRIVE YOURSELF TO THE HOSPITAL!

Of course it was self defense.

I didn't read all of it (bad on me), but are they trying to make an issue that his pistol was supposed to be locked up and unloaded, not on his person and loaded?

Still stupid, IMHO....

What the hell happened to the Aussies?
Something I warned an Aussie friend about 12 or 13 years ago. He was one that said it would never happen in Australia. Believe me, I hated being told I was right, years later. And their laws were far less restrictive than ours, for the most part. It can happen here too.

Nazis! Although it makes me happy to speculate that when the Chicoms or Indonesians take over the government 'weiner dogs' will be the first ones barbecued and eaten.
