Front Sight Gun Range

I just saw that Front Sight was offering their 4 day $2000 defensive hand gun course for $199 and was curious if anyone here has had any dealings with FS. What little research I have done is fairly mixed. Some have painted a pretty sketchy view of the principle while others have nothing but good things to say about the training. I just don't want to sign up and pay for any training courses and then have FS go TU in the future.

If your worried about them going "TU" in the future...

Check out their 'recient court cases'

-ANY- company can go TU at any time, w/o warning.

But in this case, I would be MORE concerned about the AIRLINE I'd fly to Vegas going TU than Front Sight.

I've been there and taken their handgun course ... you won't be disappointed.

I don't know anything about their training, but they are possibly the most abrasive spammers I've ever seen. People think the NRA is bad about filling their mailboxes, Front Sight is ten million times worse with emails.

Whatever you do, don't give them your email.

Ditto. They sparmmed my email until they really POed me to no end. I added them to my junk filter, and that's just how I feel about them

I made the mistake of giving them my work phone number 3 years ago. My voice mail was filled forever. It's backed off now, but I got a call about 30 days ago announcing a big sale. They never let go.
