I just saw one on Shooting Gallery this afternoon.
This was the first I have even heard of it.

Two words come to mind..."Awesome" & "Chub" !
I thought it was be great to someday own a G18 but this 75 has all the class and mystique of the CZ. Very, very cool !

Probably most rare version of the CZ-75 is the CZ-75 Automatic, a selective-fire version of the basic pistol, which can fire either in semi-auto or in full auto, with rate of fire about 1,000 rounds per minute. The CZ-75 Automatic first appeared circa 1992, and is intended for special police and military forces. To help control the gun, a spare magazine can be fitted upside down into special holder under the barrel; it then serve as a front grip. Early models of CZ-75 Automatic were fitted with longer barrels with integral compensators; latest models have standard barrels.

Oh, baby....

I shot it :)

I emptied bunch of mags with it during my visit to CZ factory last year :) I'd love to have one in my safe :)

Hakan, did you visit there as a private individual or as a business representative? If a private individual, I will make it a primary point to stop by CZ to tour there plant if I ever get the chance to visi that part of the globe again.

The only time I've shot a fully-automatic handgun that was designed to work in that way -- and the several times I've seen such guns used in demonstrastions -- they always seemed more a novelty than a useful tool.

The range where I shoot, an indoor range, had a Glock demo/show recently, and that included a Glock full-auto handgun [18?] that anyone could shoot, if you bought the ammo.

Most of the folks who shot it ended with with at least half their rounds in the ceiling... And this was true of folks who were really trying to hold the gun DOWN.

One of these guns set to do double-taps, or three rounds max, might be useful -- but otherwise, its just something to talk about -- and like many things, more impressive in theory than in practice.

(And then there was the time my Luger, fresh back from the gunsmith and a minor repair, went full auto. The little sliding peg/metal dowel on the disconnector on the side didn't go away when the trigger was pulled, and it shot off four rounds before the gun jammed -- due to crappy mags. Thank goodness for crappy mags.)

Ron,

I was there as a private individual and I was welcomed very professionally. You will need to make arrangements ahead of your visit though. I was lucky to have a friend in Czech Rep. to help me out with that.

I think a full auto CZ 75 can be a very useful tool when needed :)

Friends, all that gun needs is a good compensator (big, full-profile, heavy one), and some silver bullets. Voila! Werewolf gun.

(You use the same weapon, set to semi, and without the expensive silver bullets, as your zombie gun. What? You don't have a zombie gun?)

I gotta add that to my list of pistols to collect, that little voice in my left ear is saying 'find one, buy one, shoot one'. I listen to that voice too much, not that I'm complaining mind you. Pardon me while I mop up the saliva on my wireless keyboard.

Hakans grips

Check with him later. He just got a new shipment of laminated wood plus some myrtlewood. I have seen pictures of his CZ dualtone with light/dark gray and they are beautiful. :what:

I can't wait to see what he does with the fiddleback myrtlewood.
