Guys:

I haved to let go either the Glock 19 or the Beretta 92FS Custom Carry, in order to fund another project. It´s a tought decision and I really will appricate all comments.

Thanks in advanced.......

Go with the G19. The Glock is much lighter than the Beretta. Both are reputable gun names. However, Glock is know for being rugged, reliable, and ergonomical. Beretta is fairly rugged and reliable, but not up to Glock's proven par. The ergonomics of the Beretta are not nearly as good as the Glock, but don't get me wrong, both are good guns. More Glock owners are happier w/their pistols than Beretta owners.

Should have been more clear as the question should have read: Which should I sell? Glock 19 or Beretta 92FS Custom Carry.

I would suggest getting rid of the Glock 19 because they are easier to come across and Beretta stopped producing a lot of guns.

Keep the one that feels the best in YOURhand. The two guns are both very well thought of and high quality arms that will take care of you well if you take care of it. It all comes down to personal preference in my estimation unless one has an accuracy problem or something. I'd be perfectly happy with either weapon.

As someone else said - they no longer make that model of Beretta. Keep that - if U sell it in a few years, U will not loose any money and may make money. U can get a GLock 19 anytime.

I'd hang onto the Beretta, which will only appreciate in value.

The Glock, well...it's like a Saturn car. And there's literally piles of them at my local store. They're not going to be rare anytime this century.

Keep the one that you like better:

1. Which fits you best?
2. Which is more reliable?
3. Which do you shoot best?

etc.

IMO, Glock ergonomics feel like a 2x4 piece of wood, but both are really good guns. Your hands are likely different--which is why you need to go with what works best for YOUR NEEDS.

I would keep the Beretta 92 . Imo they are much nicer looking handguns than a Glock. And they are a bit smoother to shoot .

I started shooting on 1911's and revolvers; I prefer the longer double action pull and the grip angle of the Beretta 92's; I've owned a few when $$$ wasn't as big of a concern and I was gainfully employed.

My CCW is a S&W 642. My HD handgun was a 92FS.

Ditch the Glock. The G19 is a more common gun and much more widely available should you ever want another.

Keep the Beretta, its more comfy to shoot anyway.

In your poll...Am I voting for the one you should keep or the one you should get rid of? I can't tell.

I would keep the Beretta, though selling the Glock doesn't get you a whole lot. Glocks are cheap, and you won't get a whole heck of a lot of money for your project.

Don't listen to these other people, the Glock is a better firearm. Glocks are more popular. Why? Because more people like them. If you want the gun for collection purposes, then the Beretta is the choice. However, for a service pistol, the Glock is on top. Anyone who owns a Glock will usually speak highly of its performance.

it would be different if it wasn't a custom carry. so definetily keep the beretta, otherwise i know a TON of people over in beretta forum willing to take it off your hands.

Confusing title - normally people ask what they should get, not what they should let go. Thus I mistakenly voted for the 92, while in fact I believe you should keep it and get rid of the souless unmentionable one.
