I'm not surprised . I had a +2 base plate (pirece) on some of my g21 mags. Worked ok, I dropped a loaded one and the follower jammed or spring bound up , in any case it couldn't be fixed without complete disassembly . the next trip to the range an aftermarket slide lock lever broke on my g20 - it would engage every shot . after that I was done, removed all doo dads that didn't come on any glock I owned, threw it all away -except the night sights. That stuff just impedes reliability and makes your tactical Tupperware look cheesey. As another member said, just get the normal oem mags in whatever capacity you prefer and carry on. I've seen guys spend a fortune on glock "upgrades" , may lighten the trigger (undesirable for a carry gun) but is otherwise just to look fancy IMO. I stopped trying to fix what isn't broke.
