Glock 22 price question

My Model 22, 40 S&W was purchased before the ban, serial # AULxxxUS.
It is brand new in the box with all paperwork and owners manual and has never been fired, still has hang tag and two 15 round magazines.
I need some opinions as to what it would be worth now because I need the cash to purchase a home. The gun also has Trijacon night sights.

Flyer, I don't know about the generation but it does have checkering on the front and rear of grip, flat sides with no finger groves and checkering on front of triger guard. Since the gun is unfired, I would not know if it has an accuracy problem.
Considering the initial cost over ten years ago was LIST $649 and I paid $525 plus $100 for the trijicon sights, I guess it is worth more keeping it then selling today. Like anything else, some get better with age and some do not! Thanks for the info. Gamalot
