good, just tried 100 rounds today with no problems. It came with glock night sights already which is nice, I was deciding between this or a gen4 23 the night sights was the difference,,here it is and me trying it..sorry for the picture and video quality, I only have my Iphone at the range today..

I have about 1500 downrange out of mine and I have had no problems. I love it.

I have a 2nd Gen G23 that I've carried on duty daily since 1997. IMHO it's the best of it's breed.

Swap out the slide lock with one of better quality and slightly longer. I prefer these.. http://www.lonewolfdist.com/Detail.aspx?PROD=1106&CAT=212 I keep Glock OEM springs in stock. Departmental duty handguns have the springs replaced every so often. At $3.75 each and the sixty seconds it takes to change them out, it's cheap insurance.

When that is being done, change the slide lock spring. They are weak and break causing the slide to fall off. Not unheard of in the 22/23 series.

Your 23 is most likely a GEN2 as the .40 models were never avaliable in GEN1.
