First off, I am a big fan of the 357 Sig caliber. I've had my trusty P239 in .357 Sig for a while, though I don't shoot it much as 357 Sig ammo is hit or miss most of the time for plinking rounds. Defense ammo is always available, and since Sig started offering their own brand of ammo, the 357 Sig is always available and usually at a decent price.
That said, I've been thinking about something a little smaller for carry and I could be wrong, but the Glock 33 is about the smallest you can get in 357 Sig..
I've had a Glock 27 Gen 4 in the past and it was a great shooter, though a tad snappy on the recoil side...not a big deal.
Am curious if anyone here has both guns, or a 27 with a 357 Sig barrel and can tell me what the difference in recoil/accuracy is vs .40 in this size of a Glock.
My P239 (which I have a .40 barrel for) is definitely a little softer shooting and for me is more accurate than .40, but could be because the Sig is a little heavier.
I also have a 40-9mm conversion barrel for the 27/33 which allows for cheaper shooting at the range but would love to know what your experiences with a Glock 33 are.
