Glock 380's

I just found out Glock has 380's and would like to know if they are reliable or
do they fall in line with the other 380's as not being a reliable weapon (ie:feed issues,recoil and the likes)

Any an all help would be appreciated.

I'm pretty sure they don't import them into the US, so if your in this country I think your outta luck.

The Glock .380 pistols don't meet the "points" requirement of the GCA of 1968. If you ever have the opportunity to purchase one, grab it. You won't see one again.

The Glock 25 and 28 are every bit as reliable as every other Glock pistol.

Though I believe this to be true the fact they cannot be imported makes this a moot point indeed.

This question comes up often enough to raise some typical questions:

Why would one want a Glock 25 or 28 when you can have a gun of the esact same proportions in 9mm and 40?

There is no advantage to the diminished power of the 380 in this instance.

It appears to be another instance of the "magic 380" in the American populace. If it says 380 on it then it has to be the greatest thing since smokeless powder. Consider this: If I write 380 on a No 2 pencil, does that make it a gun you would want?

With the exact same size gun available in full powered 9mm Luger, I see little point, personally. But I see no reason why the .380 version (although it is blowback operated) would be any less reliable than any other Glock.

I believe it's more the "forbidden fruit" than the caliber. Because it cannot be imported it is therefore desireable. It's the want to own something that others covet.

I guarantee you that if Glock announced a "Fetal Glock" in .25acp there would be a thousand guys wanting one- especially if it were a limited edition

Glock needs to get on the stick and make some single stack 9 and 40's.

If Glock did make a subcompact single stack 9x19mm pistol, it would not be available in the USA due to not having enough points to allow for importation.
