Glock Gen5 orange magazine followers

I have noticed that the followers on Gen5 Glock 17 mags seem to be wearing more than the black followers in older generation magazines. There are noticeable divits in the orange plastic follower after being used maybe 10 times or so at the range. I compared to the old black followers of previous generation G17 mags, which still look new despite much more use.

Has anyone else noticed this?

I can see they're orange. I've run them several times in training and matches. Didn't notice anything else.

How fast can you change out your mag...oophs I mean clip?

I have a few and like follower color plus different shape of base plate better. When possible I buy new magazines.
