My buddy just had his longside Glock .40 (not a Glock guy myself-don't know the model) turn itself into shrapnel in is hand. I don't think that the usual kB story is the reason. The barrel hood peeled back, the slide deformed, the frame cracked, and just about every little piece of the gun made itself scarce. To me this doesn't sound like a problem from a under-supported barrel but more like it fired out of battery. He thinks Glock or CCI (he was using factory ammo) is to blame. I'm thinking it's the kitchen table trigger job. Any thoughts...
