Glock/RMR Help

Going further down the 10mm rabbit hole I recently purchased a Glock 40 MOS, type 2 adjustable RMR, raised iron sights, and Trijicon sealing plate assembly (not anti-flicker). Optic, irons and sealing plate have not arrived yet.

An hour of googling and youtube has either made me forget how to internet, or I am just not seeing the solution.

The sealing plate has a concave or convex bow to it similar to a leaf spring. I am looking for the correct orientation of the sealing plate.

Any help is appreciated.

Bow up. Should be a slight rise in the middle before you put the sight on. Take a moment to "dry fit" the sight. Just to make sure the screws are the correct length.

Removing a broken screw that size was a pain in the kiester.
