man why isnt Austin PD doing this? i have a partner who bought a bunch of broken guns from a pawn shop for $38.50 each. we could make a killing!

I wonder how many of the nicer firearms that somehow managed to get "bought back" somehow "accidently" managed the slip through the cracks of the system and into the cops private collections.
