I am having trouble finding a decent pocket knife with ivory colored scales to match my fake ivory grips.

I am willing to spend in the $100-$150 range for one.

Gen III Glock 20 with CRKT M21

I love both of these. The G20 I've preached about before. I've been collecting knives since I was a boy and my mom got me a "McGyver knife" when I got my Wolf Badge in Boy Scouts. I've had $300 Benchmade autos on down to $10 gas station knives but never had one as perfect as the CRKT. It's the only knife I've ever replaced when it was lost. It's fast, safe, sharp, and has a versatile blade shape that rarely leaves me hanging. For $65, I can't say enough good about my CRKT.
