IN that case, WHAT you REALLY need then is a Class III FFL, a Collector Curios and Relics Federal Firearms Licence

$30 for 3 years ($10 a year) and you get the dealer price, and if its on the list, you can have it delivered to your door, for rifles, by the USPS (Much cheaper than USP or Fedex, which you have to use to ship a hand gun)

FYI, I don't think the P-64's are actually C&R, and CDNN doesn't accept C&R licenses even for guns that do qualify.

J&G does have the CZ-82's though, and accepts C&R's.

P-64's got added in Nov or Dec (check the update letter)
and I have heard that it depends with CDNN...but have never ordered from them, and sometimes if you compare 15 for shipping and 10 for transfer, thats cheaper than UPS or Fedex to your door.

You SHOULD NOT be cycling live ammo for "break in"????????????

I have done that before, not to break it in, but to give the magazine a pretrial if its a new one. To be safe I remove the firing pin considering how easy it is to remove with a Hi Power.

I highly recommend AGAINST doing this.
