Sorry to hear that. This reminds me of a gym membership I canceled several years ago. The dues continued to be charged to my account despite canceling (or attempting to) several times with the gym owner. I called the Capital One to prevent any additional funds to be granted to the company that charged on behalf of the gym owner.

Shortly after, they involved a debt collection agency, which really infuriated me. However, the icing on the cake was when I spoke to the gym owner to inform him that the company he we using to charge cards would not stop and employed the services of a debt collection agency.
His reply? "Just ignore them". Great advice if I want to see my credit eviscerated.

Much of the time you have to get aggressive and fix the problem with very little help from the other side since, after after, it's you're problem and not theirs.
