I carry IWB when I ride. I carry IWB when I'm not riding. I don't like the idea of switching up carry methods.
I ride an Aprilia RSV, which has a fairly agressive riding position. I do occasionally get my jacket to ride up, but I really don't think it would be that noticable. I got made once at a gas station, so now I make sure to check that I'm still concealed when I get off the bike.
