Non-blowback, light weight, adjustable LOP polymer stock, M1 carbine (style), in...10mm.

Lever action 10mm, tube fed

HK10

FNX-10

SR1911 in 10mm

GP100 "Tracker" style 5-shot .41 mag & .44 mag, no porting

KelTec P32/P3At in .22lr, or conversion

PPK short recoil operated 9x19

Replica open top Colt, cap and ball, Navy-ish style in .22lr

A ruger mini series in a hot rodded .30 carbine, and also same in .308

Ummm.... since the Ruger Mini series is essentially just a scaled down M14, and the M14 was produced in .308, why not just get repro of the M14. Springfield Armory makes a bunch of them.

A full weight M14 trainer with a scout length 18' barrel, chambered in .22LR.

A semiauto .357 magnum carbine with a tube magazine and ghost ring sights. Sort of like a scaled-down version of the Mossberg 930 tactical shotgun.

A top-break revolver styled like the classic Webleys, but strong enough to handle full-power .357 magnum loads.

-A gas-operated locked-breech semi-auto carbine based around M1 Carbine mags and barrel/bolt conversions capable of "heavy" pistol calibers like 10mm magnum and 45 win mag, with an overall length of under 20" folded and weight under 6lbs loaded. And actually brought to market (unlike my contraption/project)

-A modern production Bolo-style pistol in 45ACP or bigger rounds

-Somebody to start reproduction Lewis guns :D

-An AK bolt-carrier that accepts an AR bolt, and AK front trunnion designed around the AR barrel/extension
-A 16" reproduction PPSH41 barrel and "stretched" full length incomplete receiver

TCB

.300 WSM or .300 winmag bullpup semiauto with a 32" heavy fluted barrel, designed from the ground up to be fired prone.

An RFB in .260 AI would work. What am I saying, the first one is more likely.

A newly-manufactured stainless 9x19 Broomhandle.

A stainless Ruger Security Six with a 4" or 6" barrel that has a similar profile to the Rossi 851.

Without a doubt an HK P7M7 (P7 in .45ACP).

The P220 in a double stack from above sound pretty sweet too. I'd love an HK45 without the safety, but I'll probably someday buy one anyway.

A bolt action .22lr (preferably a Savage mk ii) with a Krag Jorgensen style fixed magazine, or another fixed magazine design that doesn't require removing parts to reload it.

Neal submachine gun (imagine a .22 minigun):

Any of those Russian pistols with the silent ammunition (MSP, S4M, PSS, or ots-38). Wikipedia articles for all but the msp:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S4M
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PSS_Silent_Pistol
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OTs-38_Stechkin_silent_revolver

Silent rifle similar to the WWII German SDK carbine, except in .22lr with a 5 inch barrel, the suppressor inside the stock, and and a small optic like a Leupold prismatic right over the trigger.

ADDED:
A modern bolt action rifle with iron sights and able to be reloaded with stripper clips (might have to do a side feed like the Johnson rifle) would be nice too, definitely with how many cartridges are based off .308 or .30-06 and them all being able to use the same clips. It would definitely be cheaper than $40 for a 4 or 5 round magazine

This is a pretty entertaining thread, there are more than a few creative folks on our board.
