Guns you would like to see in production

I'm with the guys mentioning top-break revolvers. I'd buy a Webley that used modern metallurgy and cartridges in a heartbeat. Can you Imagine a case-colored Webley? *drool*

Single stack 3" Glock in 9mm, .40, and maybe even a 2.5" .380 (yeah I know, import restrictions, it'll never happen). If they ever make a true pocket gun, I'll be first in line to buy one.

A full range of Glock carbines would be pretty sweet too.

Top break H&R and Iver Johnson style revolvers in .22 .32 and .38

Bolt action 7.62x39mm rifle but with a synthetic stock and matte like an all weather version CZ makes.

Bolt action .357 magnum/.38 special rifle (a little more punch for small critters)

Kudos on the single stack glock subcompacts.

repro colt 1908 in .32 or .380 in high gloss nickle, cause its purdy

bring back the springfield M6 survival rifle in .22lr/.410.

A single shot bolt action rifle that can fire just about any .30 caliber round, make it with modular/removable chambers so you can swap out .30-30, .308, .30-06, 7.62x39 and the like, not shure how accurate it would be with the tolerances and freebore, but technology today is increadible.

Do the same with a .22 caliber. Imagine having one rifle that can fire anything from .22lr up to a .220 swift/.22-250 and beyond.

A Glock 10mm model with a 19/23 frame. You know, something in between the 20 and 29. I'd also love it if HK got into the 10mm ring, but they're so darn set in their ways I know that's not possible.

Winchester model 1907 in both .351 Win. and .357 mag. I love the old style police guns of the 20s and 30s. My great uncle most likely carried one when he was a Border Patrol agent back then.

All the companies currently making 1911's to offer at least 1 plain-jane USGI version. So few of them actually do and it's a shame.

I'd like to see the Merwin and Hulbert revolvers, especially the DA models, back in production. I'm aware that there is a company that claims to be doing this, but they haven't_as far as I know_produced even a working prototype as yet.

I'd like to see Colt (or USFA) bring back the New Service with both fixed and adjustable sights. Barrel lengths of 3", 4", 5", 6", and 7½". Put an ejector shroud on it. With its size it should be in the strength class of the Redhawk. Make both premium and utility models and chamber it in both classic and modern cartridges alike. Specifically the .38-40, 10mm, .41Mag, .44-40, .44mag, .45ACP and .45Colt. I reckon you .357 fans should get what you want too. ;)

I'd also like to see the new Merwin & Hulberts get into production.

Also for Ruger to make three different No. 1 actions. Let's see some octagon barrel and fancy wood upgrade options. Scale one down for the rimfires and small centerfires. Make it almost dainty, long and lean and weigh no more than 6lbs. (preferably less) with some good iron sights. Chamber it in .17HM2, .17HMR, .22LR, .22Mag, .22Hornet, .218Bee, .25-20, .32H&R, .327Fed, .32-20 and possibly .357Mag.

Then another for the milder centerfires like the 6.5x55, .260, 7-08, .308, .257Roberts, 7x57 and the like. Throw in some old rimmed cartridges like the .30-40Krag and .303British too. .30-06-based cartridges should also work but no larger. Throw in the big sixgun chamberings too like .41Mag, .38-40, .44-40, .44Mag, .45Colt, .480Ruger and maybe legitimize the .500JRH. Make it no more than 6½lbs.

Retain the existing large action for the cartridges that need it like the big belted magnums and classic stopping rifle cartridges. Make the .450/400 a regular production chambering as well as the .405WCF, 9.3x74R and possibly .404Jeffrey.

I'd like to see USRAC (Miroku) drop their obsession with expensive takedown guns and offer some regular production versions of the Winchester 1886, 1892, 1894 and 1895. Try to get them under a thousand for plain models. A new production Krag would also be interesting. Throw in another run of Winchester 63's and give us a new 1890 while they're at it.

Ruger Security Six 4"
Winchester pre 64 Model 94
Ruger New Model Blackhawk Bisley 5.5"

I would like to see more bolt action rifles with a variety of factory iron sights.
