That one Ruger semiautomatic carbine in .44 Mag. I think it was called the Deerstalker...of course, to really make it cool someone would have to make magazines that can hold more than three rounds.

Winchester Model 88 Lever Action, only chambered in the new Win. Short Magnum series of cartridges.

Doug444

Colt commander XSE in 10mm
Colt Delta Elite (Blue and stainless - series 70)
Colt CCO in 10mm
Blue S&W revolvers without the stinkin' lock
Navy Arms model (18)66 lever action .22/.22 mag

Colt 1903 in Stainless

Mauser C-96.

And wouldn't you all like to see an American made double rifle? Now there is a project for Ruger.

Pedersoli, US Firearms and AWA are all making lightning rifles but no one is making them in 44 magnum. All three companies reverse engineered the rifle and beefed up the action (The large frame handed 45-60-300-I'd bet it could handle 44 mag pressures)

Speaking of Lightnings. I'd like a DA Lightning and Thunderer. One in .38/357, one in .45. Oh and an 1878 Frontier six shooter. you'd think one of those Itailan companies would make one.

Not ALL cowboy guns were SA's.

I'd like to see the Whitney Wolverine back in production as well as the Thompson Center TCR single-shot rifles.

Colt .380 Pocketlite, with the demand for CCW today, I really don't understand why Colt is not producing it, I think they quit manufacturing it between 1997-1999. The stainless model would be my choice at around 12 oz, it would make a terrific pocket gun...

The High Standard Military line of pistols. The trademarks and patents are now owned by an individual in Texas, but the pistols, from everything I've read, aren't the same at all.

I'd like to see the Whitney Wolverine back in production...

It was actually never much of a shooter, but what a looker!

The Federal Ban Exemption List....

I remember seeing the Marlin Camp Carbine (.45acp) on the federal exemption list, and I know it's out of production.

Since any firearm named on the list can never be removed from the list, how many others have gone bye bye since then?

I had a Colt Diamondback once. It was stolen. Wish I could get another one for my wife. It was perfect for her. Not heavy, not large, adjustable sights, 4-inch bbl., and a REVOLVER! She really has a problem racking the slide on a semi-auto.
