has anyone used XS big dot sights?

I had them on two guns. I installed a set on my Glock 23C and bought a used 27 with a set installed. I hated them. The only times they proved to be faster than my Heine Straight Eights were close distance point shooting. Basically when they were useful I would not have used sights at all.

I have them on one of my Glock 22s. I like them. I'm quite a bit quicker on the plates with that gun than I am with my G22 with standard 3-dot NS. Once I qualify with it at work I'll be carrying the one with the big dot instead of the one they issued me.

With the politics of my department, if I shot anyone from 25 yards I'd be fired. That along with the fact that all of our contacts take place within 10 yards or inside a house means I don't really worry about long distances.
