Have you actually IWB carried a XD subcompact vs a small Glock? (personal reflection)

I too carry my XD 9 Sub IWB, but have been looking at the Glock 26 lately. In overall measurements, they're pretty close, but the 26 is almost .75 " shorter in height, with the same 10 rd mag. And slightly lighter also. Of course my neighbor is a new Glockaholic, so I have to hear it from him all the time too ! Just need to get to the range and compare side by side I guess.

I have the XD subcompact and a glock 23. I prefer the 23 for some reason. To me it just feels to be the same size as the XDSC, maybe due to the xd being bulky in the top half. I don't know. I just know that I can carry the 23 anytime of year IWB and not have an issue with it. Though the 23 has taken a back seat to the P3at which rides in the right pocket all the time no matter what.

menohearclicksound.... +1, the G23 is a sweet carrying, high capacity (14 rounds) compact gun. I love it! Best combination of small size, good power, and high capacity that I know of.

I carry my XD9SC all the time, in a Crossbreed Supertuck IWB. Most comfortable holster I've ever owned. Don't have to leave my shirt-tail out either.
Now that looks like a sweet holster for IWB. I have to keep that one in mind once I make my next purchase.

So the other day, a friend of mine (at my recommendation, really) picked up a EAA Witness Hunter in 10mm. It's the long barrel one. Came in an aluminum and red velvet case- 100% Italian :D Well, my friends, that is the sweetest shooting semi auto I have had the pleasure of firing. The double tap capability and accuracy of that trigger & gun was astounding.

Later that day I traded in my Glock 30. I'm pretty sure I'm going to have a hard time with any semi-auto without an epic trigger now. They didn't have any more EAA in 10mm so I got the next best thing- a S&W 686 4".

So now, in SA, after having a .22, a 9mm, a .357 Sig, a .40, a 10mm, and a couple .45s, I'm sold on the 10mm.
