Heinie Straight 8's?

Hello all. I am wanting to upgrade the sights on my Sig 226. The problem is, I love the stock, bar and dot, sights and I can not find a tritium version of them. So, I would like to here from Sig users who can let me know how the Heinie's compare to the stock Sig, bar and dot, sights. Any feedback is appreciated.

If you want tritium bar-dot sights, how about XS. They make them for the Sig and you don't have to get the big dot if you don't want.

You can shoot just a well, with just a front nightsight lamp and seeing it through the rear notch of a blacked out rear blade. Night sights have a limited window of usefulness...usually defined as twilight

I like the Sig bar dot sight picture too and have always put Straight Eights on my Sigs and Glocks. They work just like the bar dot sights. they're also well made with clean edges so they make a good target sight picture.

I am a big fan of the straight 8s...I'm thinking about adding a set to my STI.

I put straight eights on my Glock 26 and Glock 19 as soon as I purchased the guns and I love them. Thats the only mods I will make to these guns.
