In all seriousness they have said they will release the final decisions for cases tomorrow, but yes in theory SCOTUS could indeed wait until October.

My guess is individual right, DC ban unconstitutional, restrictions perfectly ok and legal cases will be filed for decades to come testing the limits of what restrictions are ok.

Here's hoping for a win on our side even if it is largely symbolic and only a starting point for turning the tide. See you on the other side tomorrow fellas.
