Now if my understanding is correct
1-3 is the tapco trigger
4-6 are the tapco handgrip, butstock and pistol grip
7 is the rod that attaches to bolt
8 is the flash suppersor
9-10 magazine follower and spring and or plate???????
If you see anything else that i have missed, please let me know. Now for another question. If i desired could i use an bulgrian, korean, or chinese drum magazine or would that be a violation?

IMO...
They sold it to you stating it is Fed 922r compliant.
You in good faith bought it as Fed 922r compliant.
Ergo, don't worry about it and enjoy your Norinco MAK90.

18 USC 922(r) applies to the person that assembled/converted the imported semi-auto centerfire rifle into a non-sporting configuration.

Since you did not convert it, you would not be in violation of Fed 922r if the rifle was found to be non-compliant. The person who converted it would be in violation.

18 USC 922
(r) It shall be unlawful for any person to assemble from imported parts any semiautomatic rifle or any shotgun which is identical to any rifle or shotgun prohibited from importation under section 925(d)(3) of this chapter as not being particularly suitable for or readily adaptable to sporting purposes except that this subsection shall not apply to -
(1) the assembly of any such rifle or shotgun for sale or distribution by a licensed manufacturer to the United States or any department or agency thereof or to any State or any department, agency, or political subdivision thereof; or
(2) the assembly of any such rifle or shotgun for the purposes of testing or experimentation authorized by the Attorney General.

+1 on Quiet's advice, no need to worry about 922(r) for that rifle.

Looks like a straight-cut receiver (or modified to straight), here's a pic of a slant-cut:
