Help finding police shooting video?

A while back there was a thread about a LEO who had a ND while her partner had a suspect on the ground accompanied by an actual video. Probably the best example to use to graphically show someone why the finger must never be on the trigger unless you are ready to shoot. I wanted to show it to a young man who I'm taking to the range sometime next week, but I've just spent an hour searching for it with no luck. If anyone knows what I'm talking about, can they shoot me a link?
