HELP ----Folding stock on VZ58 rifle

I recently got a VZ-58 from Czech point. Its the model with the original military hand guards and the folding stock

I looked through the manual etc but still cannot figure out how to fold the stock

It came in the box with the stock fully extended and was hoping someone here would know or point me in the right direction
I have not yet shot it and plan on taking it to the range this weekend.
wanted to try it with the folded stock as well as with the stock extended

At the joint, there is a thing that sticks out the bottom, almost looks like a screw - push up, HARD, it will be stiff until it works in
